Enhance Vision is a family-run optometry clinic located at Limketkai Mall, Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. We have been providing quality eye care since 2008. Our services include:

• Comprehensive eye and vision assessments for patients of all ages
• Children's eye and vision assessments
• Pediatric myopia management
• Vision therapy
• Eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions and fitting
• Diagnostic imaging (corneal topography, fundus photography, slit lamp biomicroscopy, biometry, tonometry)
• Ophthalmologist referrals and consultations (by appointment only)

4. Appointments and Scheduling

Booking

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or via our social media channels. Booking an appointment constitutes your agreement to these terms.

Clinic Hours

• General: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM; Friday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Pediatric Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM; Saturday – Sunday, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Ophthalmologist: By appointment only

Cancellations and No-Shows

• We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Repeated no-shows without prior notice may result in restrictions on future online booking.
• We understand that emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule to accommodate other patients. Walk-in availability is subject to the clinic's schedule.

5. Pediatric Patients

• A parent or legal guardian must accompany all patients under 18 years of age during consultations and examinations.
• The parent or guardian is responsible for providing accurate medical history and relevant information about the child.
• Consent for examination, treatment, and data collection must be provided by the parent or legal guardian.
• The parent or guardian is responsible for all fees and charges associated with the child's care.
• Treatment plans (including myopia management and vision therapy programs) require ongoing parental involvement and compliance with prescribed home exercises or follow-up schedules for optimal results.

6. Payments and Fees

• Consultation and service fees are due at the time of your visit unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept cash and major payment methods as displayed at the clinic.
• Prices for services, eyewear, and optical products may change without prior notice.
• A detailed breakdown of fees will be provided upon request before any procedure or service is performed.
• Insurance claims, if applicable, are the responsibility of the patient. We can provide receipts and documentation to support your claim.

Refunds and Returns

• Custom prescription eyewear and contact lenses are non-refundable once the order has been processed, as they are made to your individual specifications.
• Defective products will be replaced or repaired at no additional cost within the applicable warranty period.
• Concerns about products or services should be raised within 7 days of purchase or service delivery.
